The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Within these terms and conditions the following terms will be referred to:
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.

1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of services by the Seller, hereafter referred as Art Holidays Whitstable, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

Art Holidays Whitstable make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics, or the services found on this website. All such documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Art Holidays Whitstable hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Art Holidays Whitstable be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this website.

The documents and related graphics published on this website could include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Art Holidays Whitstable may make improvements and/or changes in the service(s) described herein at any time.

2. PRICE
2.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) We do not include UK Value Added Tax as we are not registered for VAT.
2.2 Art Holidays include refreshments and lunch but exclude accommodation. 

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Workshops, Courses & Holidays must be paid for in advance.
3.2 Payments must be made in pounds sterling (£) and by acceptable: · Credit card, Debit card or cheque. All debit/credit card payments made online are processed by Paypal using secured encrypted technology. Authorisation for your purchases are controlled by Paypal, we do not see your credit/debit card number.

 4. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your booking within 7 days after placing your order. However this does not apply if your Workshop, Course or Holiday commences within 7 days from the order date.


4.2 Cancellations are only accepted by email or recorded Delivery to our address

 If this cancellation procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

We will confirm all cancellations by email or Recorded Delivery.

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
